加藤利昇　1946（昭和21）-

16代永樂即全の絵付師として活躍した後、1979（昭和54）年、3代加藤利昇を襲名。
1985（昭和60）年、京都伝統美術功労賞を受賞。

「玄猪（げんちょ）」とは、旧暦10月（亥の月）の最初の亥の日に行われる、収穫祭や無病息災を願う年中行事。亥の子とも呼ばれ、特に宮中や武家で盛んに行われていた。
